Integrated ONDC catalog and order flows to improve logistics visibility for 100+ daily orders. Used AWS Bedrock SDK to auto-generate SEO metadata and validate ONDC-compliant category mapping during onboarding. Built abandoned-cart recovery automation with scheduled Email and WhatsApp reminders (5 min, 30 min, 24 hrs), implemented FCM admin push notifications, and added AWS SQS workers for asynchronous product and metadata updates. Managed and enhanced 10+ admin modules including products, orders, inventory, dashboards, agent performance, WhatsApp operations, logs, and role-permission controls.
